Acting on behalf of Odgers Berndtson, the UK’s leading executive search company, Wright & Partners have agreed terms for a new 15 year lease on 20 Cannon Street EC4.
Designed by Melbourne architects, Denton Corker Marshall, the spectacular 40,000 sq ft building commands a prime position in one of the capital’s prime commercial districts. The building is divided over six generous floorplates, and has been developed as one of the very few innovative all-glass buildings of this size in London’s core business district.
The location enjoys views of St. Paul’s Cathedral, shopping at One New Change, a fine selection of world‐class restaurants, high quality shops and art over the Millennium Bridge, at the Tate Modern, together with the abundance of new amenities the fast evolving St Paul's offers.

The UK head office is currently located in Hanover Square, W1. Odgers Berndtson has seven offices around the UK, including Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The move to 20 Cannon Street will consolidate its London offices and provide room for growth.
