Our
clients have recently completed the purchase of Recorder House, High Rd,
Ilford, a vacant former publishing facility on a site of about 0.84 acres.
Redevelopment plans are currently being worked up but are likely to include a
new self-storage facility with apartments above.
This
is our third acquisition for Access, having previously acted on their behalf in
the purchase of a former Royal Mail depot, in Charlton, which is now a state of
the art self-storage unit, and also in the purchase of a property in Kingston
Rd Raynes Park, adjacent to an existing holding there, to increase the size of
their proposed residential scheme.
