Acting on behalf of the Paragon Group, Wright & Partners
have agreed lease terms for the occupation of light industrial premises at unit
24, Bermondsey Trading Estate, which comprise approximately 5,000 sq ft. Having
recently acquired the Service Point Reprographic business, new premises were
required to relocate their existing Bermondsey branch due to redevelopment of
the Tower Bridge Business Complex. Despite
the severe time constraint Wright & Partners achieved a smooth transition
with the minimum of disruption to the business.
