Acting on behalf of Dawson Cornwell,
Wright & Partners have advised on the acquisition of two leases, one of the
ground floor and another of the part upper ground floor totalling 7,099 sq ft.
Staple Inn was recently refurbished by the freeholders, Benesco Charity. Rents
of £45 per sq ft were agreed for ten year leases subject to breaks options in
year five. There is an initial ten month rent free period
with a further six months if the lease is not broken mid term.
Dawson Cornwell, a family law firm,
will be moving from 15-17 Red Lion Square where they have been in occupation
for the last thirty years.
