Wright & Partners are pleased to announce Joe has recently
joined, primarily to lead the search for development opportunities
on behalf of our clients Linden Homes South East and Linden
Homes Chiltern.
In addition to acquiring sites in Battersea and Wimbledon, we
are advising on the commercial elements of several Linden Homes South East schemes
including the Pavilions - Hartfield Road development mentioned
above, The Residence - Blackfriars Road London SE1 and Westfield Waterside -
Earlsfield London SW18.
Wright & Partners are also involved on behalf of Linden
Homes Thames Valley, in the letting and funding of the new Village Square,
the commercial element of a development of some 400 houses at
Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire.
