As a result of the proposed purchaser not getting
planning consent, Kier Park Hemel is back on the market. We have been asked,
jointly with LSH, to start to remarket the two remaining plots, and to seek
interest from a wide range of commercial uses, on a subject to planning basis.
Kier will be flexible with regard to tenure and be able to offer leasehold or
freehold design and build packages, or land sales
