Our
clients have secured another quality development site, in Hartfield Rd
Wimbledon. Situated in a residential area, close to Wimbledon town centre and
station, the site has planning for a mixed use scheme to provide 54 apartments
and approximately 16,000 sq ft of office accommodation in a 5 storey building.
Our clients are on site and completion of the project is scheduled for early
2016. Wright & Partners introduced the site to Linden and are jointly
retained with Andrew Scott Robertson to market the office space in due
course.
