Wright & Partners, acting on behalf of the British
Universities Film & Video Council, have negotiated a new reversionary lease
from the Prudential of this 3,500 sq ft building for a term to March 2020 at a
rent of £115,000 per annum.
Wright & Partners originally acquired the
building in 1996 and have acted for BUFVC since then advising on two rent
reviews and two lease renewals.
