Wright
and Partners have acquired 1,913 sq ft of new air conditioned offices from the
Crown Estate on the fourth floor of 17 Waterloo Place, London SW1 on a new six
year lease at £77.50 per sq ft.
The
building has just been refurbished and the letting to Invstr, a financial
services company, means the building is now fully let, apart from the top
(fifth) floor. BNP
