Planning permission was granted on 30th April 2014 for a new NEXT store in Raynes Park. The demolition of the existing building on the site and the erection of a new building on three floors for retail purposes (use within class a1) with an ancillary cafe and associated car parking and cycle parking. Gross floorspace 5,970 sq.m; net tradable area 3,705 sq.m. There will be 167 car parking spaces available. Wright & Partners provided agency and marketing advice to the owners, Friends Life (AXA Real Estate).
