Our clients, Linden Homes in partnership with Bovis Homes,
have just completed the latest commercial phase of their village regeneration
project at Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire.
The Village Square comprises 6 units and lettings have been
concluded in respect of Unit 1 to Midcounties Co-Op, Unit 3 to Barnados and
Units 5 & 6 to Runner Bean Gym. In addition, Unit 4 is under offer to a
cafe operator leaving only Unit 2 available and serious interest in the unit is
currently being pursued.
Linden/Bovis are in the process of building in the region of
400 new homes at Upper Rissington and, in addition to the recent completed
Village Square, other commercial elements will include a public house and new
business units.
